Q: Do you have a money-back guarantee on your fly fishing signs and decals?
A: Yes, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us and will contact our shipper and submit a claim.  If the shipper has a waiting time for claim payments, we will refund your money, and send you a replacement order.

Q: How do I know that you received my order for a sign or decal, and how do I obtain a receipt?
A: Once your order has reached our shipping department, an order confirmation containing your final order total, link to shipment status, billing, design proof, contact and shipment information will be emailed to you.

Q: How fast can you get my fly fishing signs or decals into my hands?
A: FAST! Your sign is generally shipped within 48 hours after payment is received, however the holiday rush can delays in some cases.

Please contact us if you’re concerned about an item arriving in time. Our lead time for wholesale orders is 5-7 business days, depending on the size of your order. Personal checks usually clear in 4 days.

Q: Can you customize my fly fishing sign or decal?
A: In most cases we can, feel free to contact us to discuss your ideas. For further information, visit our Custom Orders Page.
A: Custom Orders: All custom manufactured products purchased are made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at time of order placement.

Fly Fishing Signs will replace or exchange only those custom products, which are deemed to be defective by a company representative. All products are checked for flaws before shipment–ensuring a high level of quality control. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify us of any problems with 48 hours.

Q: How will my products arrive?
A: Decals: Larger graphics are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes. Smaller graphics are sent in cardboard envelopes via USPS Priority Mail.
A: Signs: Are shipped in a durable cardboard shipping box.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Stock orders:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the sign or decal to us within 30 days in resalable condition for a refund, less shipping costs!

Fly Fishing Signs designs and manufactures all custom products according to the information supplied by the customer. Fly Fishing Signs is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.

Q:  What is your exchange policy?
A:  Product exchanges: All products designed and manufactured by Fly Fishing Signs are done on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer.
We are not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or color. The colors listed on the color chart have been color matched to the actual vinyl color. Be sure of the color before you order.

Q: Do you offer a wholesale pricing?
A: Yes, All large quantity purchases of $200 or more automatically receive our wholesale prices.

Most of our dealers set up display boards at their shops and have examples of some of the popular decals and signs to show potential customers. Organizations and clubs are welcome to contact us as well for wholesale pricing.

PRODUCT / PRODUCTION QUESTIONS

Q: What are your signs made of?
A: All of our signs are made of high quality .040 aluminum that won’t fade or rust. The aluminum is coated with baked-on enamel that will last for years and years, both indoors and outdoors. All signs have rounded corners and holes punched for easy mounting.

Q: What are your decals made of?
A: Our decals are made with some of the best vinyl available. The vinyl has a 5-year guarantee against cracking, peeling or fading.  It does NOT have a white or clear background but is just the die-cut vinyl as you see it.

These handsome decals looks great on car or truck windows or on trailers, campers, motor homes, racecars, off-road vehicles, tool boxes or coolers. Our decals are tough and carwash safe–and will stick to any smooth surface.

Q: How do I apply your decals?

Make sure that the application surface is clean and free of dirt or grease. Use glass cleaner or rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth. Install the decal in a warm environment. Make sure that the surface is completely DRY before continuing.

With the white paper backing still on, tack your new decal temporarily in place with tape on each upper corner of where you want to install it. Use a tape measure to make sure the decal is level. YOU ONLY GET ONE SHOT AT THIS, so apply carefully!

Run a piece of tape across with half of the tape on the decal and the other half on your application surface. This will create a hinge for the decal allowing you to flip the decal over to remove the backing.

Flip the decal up, hinging at the line of tape so it is laying face down and flat as possible. Gently and slowly remove the white paper backing. Be very careful not to rip the decal during this process!

After the paper backing has been removed, the adhesive vinyl is exposed. Lay your graphic against the surface and use a squeegee or hard plastic strip to remove any trapped air bubbles. Slowly work your way up from the center out to the sides. You should not see any bubbles.

Slowly remove the paper from the top. Pull it 180-degree angle, which will help prevent the decal from coming up. Here you will want to be very careful not to rip the decal.

If you end up with air bubbles, use a needle, razor blade or an X-Acto Knife to poke a small hole into bubbled area. Work air out using the tool you applied the decal with.

Allow adhesive to set up for a minimum of 2 days before washing surface.

CONGRATULATIONS YOU’VE DONE IT!!!

Q: How do I remove a decal?
A: Heat up the decal with a heat gun or hair dryer, and peel off the surface; use rubbing alcohol or Goo Gone adhesive remover to clean any glue residue.
